This is the house my Dad and I are working on right now.
Before the scrapers have removed the left over sheet rock.

Info on the house:
There is 37,400+ feet of sheet rock in this house. That is about 7,000-8,000 feet of floor space. It's kind of hard to tell, because the ceilings are anywhere from 8-12 foot. It sits on 120 acres. Has an elevator, a lap pool, and will have tons of crown molding, extra tall baseboard, and most of the floors will have marble and hard wood in criss cross patterns all throughout the house. There is 2 different garages. One that is attached to the house and the other attached only by breezeway. Each of these garages is 3-4 car garages. There is also a rounded stairwell, which I will post pics of later. We have had to set up 2 scaffolds and 3 walk boards because it is a floating staircase. The drop is 22 feet. That's all I know up to this point. It will be a very nice house.
About the owner:
He owns a rock quarry and concrete company. He has over 60 mixers(trucks). He has also started a subdivision and Thomas Kinkade(the painter) is trying to buy all the "estate" lots. If you buy one of the lots he has purchased he will paint your house and sign the painting. How cool is that!
It's been a lot of fun working here. I have seen lots of neat stuff in the open fields. Seven+ horses, a coyote, lots of squirrels, tons of geese. There is a lake and a couple of ponds that I have seen from the house.
