If you don't cry then you have NO heart.. This guy has never ran any kind of race at all but his son wanted to...so he worked out and did it just for his little boy...what a great dad. Would you do this for your son???
Turn on your speakers and realize this is a triathlon, just for his son because he always wanted to run one but needed justs a little help.

I saw this clip a long time ago.. I cryed all the way through it. The sacrifice that is required of a parent when they have children with health problems,, that frankly.. not many people have to deal with.. is a lonely journey. when this man set out to do this marvelous feat.. he no doubt had a hard uphill battle, in more ways than one. My hat is off to him and this is what a true MAN looks like.
